Born in Sweden, Stina has been living in Sydney's Northern Beaches for 15 years. She has always worked in the hospitality industry, starting with tourism in Gotland, a tiny island in the middle of the Baltic Sea. Her industry experience includes 25 years in cafes, restaurants, catering, hotels and function centres in Australia and overseas. Her biggest passions are food and travel and these influences are seen in everything she does.
