Åsa has been living in Australia for 14 years and has worked in the hospitality industry for 20 years. Experienced in all aspects of managing restaurants, private residences and conference resorts both in Sydney and overseas. Growing up in Sweden where fresh seasonal produce is celebrated and all celebrations centre around food, she developed an interest in food at an early age. After years in the industry Åsa is passionate about food, service and believes professionalism and fun can happily co-exist.
